Academic Eligibility & Professional Standing

Application Review Process
Admission is not automatic. Each application undergoes an academic and professional review to ensure:
• Valid and active professional registration
• Alignment with provincial scope-of-practice regulations
• Clinical readiness for procedural training
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical medical practice
MASA reserves the right to request supporting documentation where necessary.
Cohort Structure & Enrollment Policy
To preserve academic integrity and maintain high instructional standards, MASA limits enrollment for each training cohort.
Programs are delivered in a small-group format to ensure:
• Individualized instruction
• Direct clinical supervision
• Safe, controlled live-model training environments
• Meaningful instructor-to-student interaction
Enrollment capacity is intentionally restricted to prioritize competency over volume.
Professional Conduct & Scope Compliance
All participants are expected to practice strictly within the legal boundaries defined by their respective regulatory authorities.
Completion of a MASA program does not supersede provincial regulations. Graduates remain responsible for adhering to the scope of practice established by their licensing body.
