Academic Leadership and Institutional Oversight

Montréal AestheticS Academy (MASA) is led by experienced healthcare professionals committed to advancing high standards in aesthetic medical education.

MASA was founded and is directed by Dr. George Kannab-Ayda, Founder and Clinical Director. Under his leadership, the Academy provides structured training grounded in clinical safety, anatomical knowledge, ethical practice, and progressive skill development.

Faculty Standards

MASA instructors are selected based on professional licensure, clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, teaching ability, and commitment to patient safety. Faculty members are responsible for delivering theoretical and practical instruction in accordance with current professional expectations and institutional standards.

Curriculum Governance

MASA provides academic training and certification; however, each participant remains responsible for practicing within the legal scope defined by their professional licensing body. The Academy’s governance model supports academic rigor, clinical integrity, ethical accountability, and institutional credibility.
