Important Notice

Completion of Level 1 does not authorize the dentist to perform aesthetic or therapeutic injections.

At Montréal AestheticS Academy (MASA), Level 3 is an advanced Botulinum Toxin Type A training course designed for licensed dentists who have completed MASA Levels 1 and 2 and are ready to expand their clinical knowledge into more complex facial and therapeutic treatment areas.

This course focuses on the advanced use of Botulinum Toxin Type A (BoNT/A) for selected aesthetic and therapeutic applications involving the mid-face, lower face, neck, masseter region, and myofascial dysfunctions.

Participants review advanced anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning, injection-site mapping, risk management, documentation, and supervised clinical application.

Important Notice

Level 3 is MASA’s advanced neuromodulator course before dermal filler training.

This course is intended for dentists who have already completed the required theoretical and clinical training pathway in Levels 1 and 2. It is designed to support continued development in accordance with professional expectations and the training progression outlined for dental professionals.

Dermal fillers may be introduced theoretically during this course; however, filler injections are not part of Level 3 certification. Dermal filler clinical training is covered in Level 4.

At Montréal AestheticS Academy (MASA), Level 4 introduces dentists to clinical dermal filler training after completion of the neuromodulator training pathway. This course is designed for licensed dentists who have completed MASA Levels 1, 2, and 3 and are ready to begin supervised training in selected dermal filler applications.

Level 4 focuses on the use of dermal fillers in key facial and dental-related regions, including the lips, vermilion border, nasolabial folds, and edentulous alveolar ridges. The course combines facial aesthetics, oral anatomy, smile design, patient safety, treatment planning, documentation, informed consent, and clinical application.

This is MASA’s first dermal filler certification level for dentists and is designed to support a structured educational pathway aligned with professional expectations for dental professionals.

Important Notice

Level 4 is intended for dentists who have successfully completed MASA Levels 1, 2, and 3.

This course focuses on selected dermal filler treatment areas appropriate to this training level. Advanced facial filler treatments outside the course objectives require additional training, clinical experience, and referral when appropriate.
